The proposed model is one monthly business subscription with an included location allowance, then a clearly priced monthly add-on for each additional salon or mobile van. Mixed businesses can keep both under one account.

Optional credit packs are being prepared: 100, 500, 1,000 credits. One credit will cover one SMS segment. Longer messages and some characters can use more segments, with an estimate shown before sending.
Pack prices, tax and credit terms will be published before purchases are available. Email will not use SMS credits.
Your business, your payments.
Your Groomstride subscription is separate from the money your customers pay for grooming. Payment-provider connections will show their supported payment-link and terminal features, along with connection status.
Provider fees are separate. Automatic online payments and terminal connections will open after integration testing.

Can I subscribe today?
Paid subscriptions are not open. You can explore the sample workspace now; private alpha access is arranged by the workspace owner.
Will I need a new card machine?
You can record payments from your existing machine manually. Automatic payment confirmation or starting a terminal payment requires a supported provider and device; the connection screen will make that clear.
Are SMS credits unlimited?
No. Credits cover individual SMS segments. The product includes a balance, usage history and low-balance warning framework so you can see how texts are counted.
