Private alpha terms
Purpose of this preview
This release is for evaluating a mobile grooming workflow using synthetic records. It is not yet offered as a paid public service or a replacement for the existing live diary. The sample workspace makes no confirmed appointment, sends no customer message and takes no payment.
Use of the workspace
Only authorised staff may use an authenticated business workspace. Keep accounts individual, protect your device and sign out on shared devices. Do not upload real customer exports, confidential access codes or photos into the development environment. Do not misuse the service or attempt to access another business’s records.
Bookings and professional decisions
A request is not a booking. Groomers review suitability, care needs, service address and travel before confirming a visit. Connected driving estimates help review both neighbouring journeys and setup time; traffic and access can change. Postcode-only results cover an area and are not a precise property arrival guarantee. Manual travel allowances are staff-entered reservations. The groomer remains responsible for agreed arrival windows, access checks, animal handling, suitability, care decisions, service prices and customer agreements.
Payments and communications
Manual payment entries record funds already received using an existing method. They do not charge cards or transfer money. Automated email, SMS, online deposits and subscription billing remain disabled until their respective integrations have been configured and tested. No cancellation charge is automatically taken in this alpha.
Records and continuity
Keep the existing live diary as the source of truth until the migration and pilot acceptance gates have passed. Browser samples and offline snapshots are not backups. Production use requires a tested backup and restoration process, a documented recovery plan and confirmed support arrangements.
Brand, source and future terms
Groomstride is a provisional working brand pending complete trade mark clearance. The original project source and branding assets are provided for the project owner’s use; third-party packages and fonts remain subject to their licences. No registered trade mark status is claimed. The commercial operator, contract, fees, support terms, processing agreement and appropriate liability provisions must be finalised before paid onboarding. No statutory right is excluded by this alpha notice.
